An Original Rosie Tells Her Story.

      On Tuesday, March 22nd, Lending Hands provided 40 transport chairs for the mobility and comfort for 40 ladies, Rosie The Riveters, who worked at the Willow Run Aircraft plant during World War II to go on a Talons Out Honor Flight from Detroit to Washington DC.  While in DC the ladies visit the World War II Memorial and other memorials during their day long trip.  They also had the opportunity to meet various dignitaries whio representa them in Michigan.  See link below for the story of an original Rosies' story.
